Any changes / cancellations are allowed until midnight, for delivery the next day.
We deliver in and around London and to all surrounding counties.
All orders placed by midnight will be out for delivery the next day
You can state the date that you would like your delivery, however for some locations there are set days we deliver on. In regards to time, we always ask our customers for a two hour time window. If not possible, we would let the customer know straight away.
We deliver on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Please contact your sales rep to report the missing item. Alternatively, you can call the office on 02088392222, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or report the issue on the ordering platforms such as Rekki, Chocco or Marketman.
We only accept returns / refused delivery if there is something wrong with the item. For example wrong items being sent or wrong preparation of the fish. The issue needs to be reported to the office first, before the driver can take the goods back.
We source are products from all around the world! Countries include Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Spain, Canada, Norway to name a few
We have critical control points to ensure the temperature requirements are met. This is at the time of delivery from our supplier (goods in), when the products are stored in our premises (chiller and freezer) and once the goods are out on delivery with our temperature controlled vans.
